Tara-Inspired Discipline, Nepal Context
Our partnership with Tara Foundation Malaysia informs reporting discipline while local teams adapt to Nepal realities
Evidence Layering
We publish numbers, center narratives, and reports together so outcomes are not presented without context.

Stories From The Field
How Mission Zero Dropout changes classrooms in practice.
Bhaktapur
Bridging a New Learner Into Grade-Level Learning
A student entered the Bhaktapur center with major learning gaps and low local-language familiarity. Focused remedial support, library time, and close teacher follow-up helped the learner progress toward grade-level readiness, improving classroom continuity for the entire group.
Bhaktapur
From Foundational Gap to Passing Grade Benchmarks
Starting with very limited foundational literacy, a student was supported through structured remedial activities and repeated reinforcement across learning cycles. By the end of the cycle, the student progressed to passing core grade-level benchmarks.
Pokhara
Classroom Culture Shift Toward Active Questions
Students at the Pokhara center were often passive and hesitant to ask for clarification. Teachers shifted delivery methods to encourage curiosity and active participation. Students began asking more questions and showing stronger engagement over the cycle.
Kathmandu Centers
Teacher Feedback Loops Improved Daily Delivery
Classroom challenges varied across mixed-grade and resource-constrained settings. Monthly mentorship and review loops gave teachers practical, center-specific feedback. Lesson planning became more structured and classroom adaptation improved across Kathmandu centers.
